The Dallara Stradale and Dallara EXP are the synthesis of Ing. Giampaolo Dallara’s 50 years of experience and professional expertise as an engineer. But they are also a dream cherished for so long that finally came true, marked by a sense of humble modesty.
However, the true power of any dream lies in that magical sensation that is capable of crushing any obstacle, turning what was once a mere fancy into reality. The first ever Dallara Stradale was delivered to him on his 80th birthday.
The cars are built in the same premises where Ing. Dallara’s business venture began half a century ago;
a journey that started out from Varano de’ Melegari and took Dallara’s single-seaters to compete in all major championships, including Formula 3 to Formula1, IndyCar, Super Formula, and endurance races.

The Dallara Stradale was designed to combine the adrenaline boost of racing with the sheer pleasure of driving, and the Dallara EXP embodies a dream cherished for such a long time, matured on racetracks around the world and brought to life using the best technology in motor-racing to get the best performance on the track.
Both cars were designed to showcase the company’s key areas of expertise: aerodynamics with the use of the wind tunnel and of the computational fluid dynamics, the use of carbon fiber composites and vehicle dynamics perfected by using a professional driving simulator.
Cars designed to underpin the essence of “driving for the joy of driving” and the sheer pleasure of being behind the wheel, and to showcase engineering excellence applied to motorsports and the pure, professional enjoyment of competing on the racetrack, in true Dallara style.
